The service filters messages by date, time and severity, ensuring only those requiring operator intervention are displayed on the EOM console, passed through to a central SNMP monitor or sent via SMS or email using Communicator. The message console monitors specific message queues and displays the varying severity of messages with different colours at an user defined refresh rate. Job details of each message can also be displayed.
