SLA Reporter
Novagem's SLA Reporter answers the questions "What is happening on my iSeries ?" and "Am I meeting my Service Level Agreement?" through powerful reporting and multi-dimensional analysis.

Performance information is provided in an easy to understand format and graphical reports can be output to a PC for further analysis. Operators are alerted when certain thresholds are exceeded and can use the reports to correlate exceptions, response times and capacity - helping to predict and prevent system overloads and to optimise service delivery.
